Welcome to the Astronomy Central Comet Page.

Comets Hale-Bopp is still visible in the southern sky but can only be found by experienced amateur astronomers. It is now impossible to observe any comets without the aid of binoculars or a telescope. Coordinates for Hale-Bopp and other comets can be found at the Comet Observation Home Page.
