Educational resources

Here you will find a variety of educational resources for teaching astronomy at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. Where possible we have classified the appropriated level of the web sites, and we indicated what other equipment or programs are required to use them.

The most advanced pages are marked with [A], graphically intensive pages with [G] and pages requiring Java [J] .

The University of Melbourne provides two first year subjects in astronomy, and several practical exercises for these courses have been developed by members of the Astrophyics Group.
