Finding Us

All the room numbers listed below are in the Physics Building; the first digit of the room number denotes the level on which it can be found. The Physics Building is located on the east side of the University of Melbourne main campus on the corner of Swanston St. and Tin Alley (opposite Elgin St.). We suggest you use public transport to reach us as there is no parking on campus. All trams running North up Swanston St. (e.g. from Flinders St. and Melbourne Central railway stations) stop at the University. See the University Map for details. The closest car park is Elgin St garage, cnr Elgin and Lygon St.
Our Astro Talks are held in the Opat Seminar Room (Rm 360), located on the third floor of the Physics Building.
